The Doctor has a habit of getting himself into the most unlikely of places so I thought why not trap him somewhere that can be preserved for ages.
Enter the Tardis in famous paintings.
Hanging out in Iowa for some reason, he forgot he parked it in front of these rather bland people's home.
No idea what that fellow's problem is but maybe he needs a bit of help.
The Doctor always had a thing for water lilies.
The Angles have the dripping clocks.
The Doctor's Diner, whose to say 9 10 and 11 don't regularly meet up at a cafe on the edge of town?
A Sunday Afternoon with Cybermen.
And you can't visit a bunch of paintings without stopping by the world's most famous.
She was smiling because Bow Ties are cool.
Edited to add Whistler's Doctor
Another challenge from Doctor Hu
Crow visits the Poker House
One more for my MSTies: "Son of Servo"
Of course the Doctor would swing by the school of athens.
My favorite Van Gogh.
There's a growing number of new paintings here as well.

Tattooed Book Winner!
Well it's time to pick another winner, let me just get my list of names, sacrifice and head off to ask the Random Number Generator to pick a winner.
Oh great Number Generator . . . what the hell happened to you?!
Someone let you watch Big didn't they? Look we can't all grow up to tempt Tom Hanks. Anyway here's a list of names, I need you to choose two winners.
First for the winner of a signed and free copy maybe with a doodle here and there. I just think I'll look away while you "predict" blech.
One free copy with my signature and some of my high coveted finger prints goes to Monica Marier!
Okay now fortune number generator, pick for me the grand prize winner of the extremely doodled on book which are not all smudge marks I swear. You may want to ruminate on it a bit. There are a lot of names and oh you're already done. Okay then.
KKKKKKKOUBAN! You have unlocked the "collector's edition" book.
Congrats to the winners, I'll be sending the number generator gypsy around to collect your information, and for everyone else who entered thank you much.
As I know how much it sucks to enter something and not win as another way of saying thank you I do have the Kindle version of Tin Hero for only $0.99.
But if you have your heart set on a hard copy stick around, after I do some number crunching I may have another deal-o.
Thanks again everyone, and keep watching the skies!

Book Giveaway Final Hours
Tomorrow I shall enter all the names into my highly scientific hat and let my roomba choose two winners.
Which means you still have one more day to enter the contest to win a physical copy of my book autographed by yours truly, and possibly a few other people so you'll never really know what my signature looks like. Cursive Camouflage!
And the grand prize winner gets a fancy schmancy book covered in doodlings and other musings from me, myself, and Jedediah (he got tired of all the barn raisings).
Here's just one of the many many pictures intended for one readers eyes (only look if you really think you're going to win).
To celebrate (and because sadly you can't all be winners lest I be trying to sell bits of string on the streets) for a little while the Kindle version of Tin Hero is only $0.99. That's right, less than a hamburger dinner in 1965.
Enter early and enter often for tomorrow I choose the winners.
If you already left your name on the previous post feel free to add it again for another entry. Good luck to wherever I ship this bad boy off to.

The Painter of Fright
If you are for some reason a fan of Thomas Kinkade paintings and/or setting whole cottages in rather psychedelic pastel forests on fire this is not the post for you.
Staring at another one of those color eye sores I had an epiphany on how to make any Kinkade painting better - add monsters:
Swamp Thing in Repose:
A Night At The Witches Cottage:
I swear that bridge came out of nowhere:
A Study in Vampires:
Friend Good, Creativity Bad:
Give it a try, in fact if you find yourself trapped in one of those mall kiosks that sell Kinkade paintings as well as a clown on velvet and an ink drawing of what looks like Elvis morphing into Jimi Hendrix add a few Dracula stickers and run.
ETA: The gauntlet was thrown and I had to create a Doctor Who/Dalek painting.
And Edited once more to add a special MST3K one:

Free Book!
Banter, banter banter, wow the weather is looking especially apocalyptic lately, hey is that a new head?
Okay now that the pleasantries are over time to get down to business.
I'M GIVING AWAY TWO COPIES OF MY BOOK - Tin Hero: Boy meets Girl, Girl teaches Boy how to kill Ogre, Boy falls down a lot. (To learn more and read a handy preview check out this blog write up on it from Indie Books List)
They will both come with a copy of my little map of the land of Arda (including a handy guide to where there be dragons and where there were being dragons) and my John Hancock (the feds are on to me) but the Grand Book Prize as it were comes with a bit more.
As well as a signature page covered in my squibbles and half attempts at cursive I learned in third grade there are a few surprises waiting on each page.
It's a book containing two things I love, spinning wild tales that end on a fart gag and covering things in doodles and I'm giving it away free of charge and everything.
But wait, there's more. To coincide with this little giveaway and if you don't care much for digital copies for a week anyone can get my eBook version for $0.99.
It's in about any form imaginable; Kindle, Nook, Palm, Hamster, HTML, Vellum and buried in jars for thousands of years. Just click here and include the coupon code: MT87U
Once again, Click Here and include the code: MT87U to get any random electronic copy of my novel.
Now to the meat of the bone, how to win this collector's edition (in that I'm only doing this once, filling 270 pages with doodlings is hard).
That's it. Free book, covered in free drawings and trees and when the winner is chosen perhaps even a small personalized painting. Get to clicking.

In order to officially enter you have to leave a name in the comments. It would be preferable if you leave your name but I understand if you CIA robots are after you but you still need some light reading.
For another entry be following the blog. I swear I won't send wave after wave of spam after you. How about Vienna Sausages instead?
Over the course of the week I'll include a few other ReTweet twitter chances to enter more as well.
That's it. Free book, covered in free drawings and trees and when the winner is chosen perhaps even a small personalized painting. Get to clicking.
