First you must assess how much of ze paper you wish to remove and tape off vat you want to keep (we won't judge).Next, travel to a local farm. Pick about five of the meanest looking feral cats and stuff them all into a single carrier.
Zen place them in the room with ze atrocious wallpaper, flip on some Barry Manilow and leave the cats to it for a few hours.
You should come back to find zis and no paper left on ze walls.

That must have been really satisfying, despite the "cats" doing the work. I like ripping off wallpaper especially when it comes off in big chunks.
