Giveaway-Last Chance ever!

Man you guys have made picking a winner super hard. I had to consult with both my best friend and my hubby (the first of which is good at picking the super sentimental ones, the later likes to use random number generators). And we have decided that the winner of the cute little peony hair brooch is Megan Teegarden with:

I love that flower pin! It is too cute!! But honestly I used to work in a nursing home and I still go back to visit here and there and when I saw this I pictured this little old lady there that loves to put little pins in her hair and she would just absolutely love that little pin! I can see her wearing something like that!! So cute!

So just e-mail me with your address at sabrinarichard at live.com and they'll get it out to you soon.

And since I am heading home this weekend I figured I'd better start the contest for the last and final contest. This one is really cool and probably worth all those times of losing (sorry, I wish I had a cool present for everyone. Well I could give you all some snow, we have too much of that).

This is an adorable Thank You card kit from Ink Drop Design. The first card of theirs that caught my eye was this cranberry bird sitting on a branch.

Realizing; however, that the last thing anyone wants after the Holidays are a bunch of cards for next year I perused their other options and found some amazing Thank You Cards. Let's face facts, we can always use more Thank You Cards.

This one is a set of 10, designed so that you could add a favorite wedding picture to. To win these cute cards you just have to leave a comment saying what you are thankful for. I'll do my best to pick a winner before the 24th but I have a funny feeling you guys are gonna make this one the hardest of all.

My entry for these pretty cards is that I am thankful for all of my wonderful blog readers and commenters. You guys entertain and make this blogging land a much more cozy place than I could have ever imagined.

OoO. Those are cute.

Let's see. I am thankful for so much, but mostly for my parents. I know that it sounds cliché, but growing up my parents allowed me to do [almost] anything I wanted and gave me everything I needed. They let me have an amazing childhood and I never went without. My parents don't have the highest paying jobs (my mom's a teacher and my dad is a welder) and they invested A LOT of money into my dancing and art (the art side is paying off since it's what I do). I wish I could do more every day to show them how much I love and appreciate them.

I think I'm going to call my mom right now actually.

I am so thankful for being blessed with such an incredible man to be my husband! Two days ago I got to see my FH being sworn in to the United States Military and watch him get on his plane to go to boot camp. As hard as it was to watch these things I was so thankful that I was able to be there and witness that and tell how incredibly proud I am of him!

I am thankful for one of my professors, which sounds strange, but here's the story (short version):

I was diagnosed with depression about two years ago and have been trying really hard to graduate college with a 4.0 despite my severe lack of motivation and being switched on and off all sorts of medications. I was meeting with a professor I had this semester and he guessed what was going on, then opened up and admitted that he had been diagnosed when he was in grad school. We ended up having this awesome conversation and he has become a wonderful friend.

I'm thankful for many things! I'm thankful for my FH as he has put up with so much from me and STILL plans to marry me in 12 days!!! He's given me a second chance at happily ever after and I am looking forward to sharing it with him and the kiddos!

There are a lot of things people take for granted, like having food on the table, a job, or a roof over your head. I am thankful for all these things but more for my family and my fiance.
My family is crazy like any other family but i'd rather have them than a stepford type family in the suburbs.
My fiance has put up with a lot from me. He's seen me at my worst and been there for my best. He's put up with me and my temperamental nature and still wants to marry my stubborn self. I could never have anyone better than the man i'll share the rest of my life with. I love him and i'm thankful for him.

I am thankful for my students, especially my choir girls. They have gotten excited about singing, held on to something that I'm passionate about, and asked for more. They've opened up and trusted me, and let me be the shoulder they cry on and the one they share their joys with first. They truly are the reason I do want I do, and I am thankful that I can look forward to going to work.
